Tyler Stefanich was born in Virginia, Minnesota. He received his Bachelor of fine arts in Web and Multimedia Environments from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. After earning his degree he started Work-Room, a group of designers who offer their talent for trade to people and organizations in the community. In 2009 he was awarded the Artist on the Verge Fellowship(Northern Lights.MN) and the Artists Initiative Grant for Media Arts(Minnesota State Arts Board). He was selected for an artist residency at Blast Theory in the United Kingdom. He has participated in shows at They won’t find us here gallery, Burren College of Art, Soap Factory, and the Spark Festival.
